  • Been using MyFitnessPal for a few years now. I’ve gone from 225lbs to 160 with low carb/high protein. Then 160 to138 with the Keto diet (and a lot of hard work). I’m back to 155 and trying to lose a good 10-15lbs. Feel free to add me. I’m on here everyday.
