I'm down 45 lbs with 95 left to go, but right now the big things I notice: I am cold all the freaking time....and it's summer right now.... I no longer have excruciating pain in my lower back, knees or feet. I actually have no pain at all for that matter, not even a little bit. I feel like I'm walking on clouds.

Feed your body the proper fuel. No soda. That stuff is terrible for you. If it can eat through rust...what do you think it can do to your body over time? Not to mention the outrageous amount of sugars in it. It took me a long time to get over that addiction and I feel so much better for it.

Lower your sodium and also be careful of how much dairy you are having because it is only good in moderation. Instead of the two yogurts for snack, throw in a protein bar so that you can still get what you need. Cottage cheese is good for muscle recovery, so try to have it after your work out, but not so many times…

Hey there! I am a former binge eater. It took a lot to of pain to crack the habit, but it is totally do-able! It was hard with huge junk food addiction, combined with emotional eating. It becomes a bad habit that is difficult to overcome. You can add me if you need some motivation in that area.
