Hello, new to this group and have not used this app in a long time. I’m just getting back into BJJ after very long hiatus. It’s been tough getting back on the mat but so much fun. I don’t even mind being the old out of shape guy.

Yeah, that strikes me as an odd finding to highlight. Even if the focus is on "long term weight management" I think it's hard to argue against the bennifits of knowing what you've put into your body (counting calories). Downplaying the importance of that knowledge in weightloss is silly. Thanks for sharing it!

Yes. Track it all. Everyday. The God, bad and ugly. I find it very helpful to know and be able to see the actual data on what I'm consuming. Really helps inform my meal/ snack decisions (do I need more protein? Where am I with carbs today? Etc...). No quick fixes, but healthy choices overtime will give you results. Also…

Welcome back! I am in the same boat. I had logged in for a year straight, lost 50+ lbs then changed phones and didn't get back into it. Slowly I put almost half the weight back on. I've been using MFP Again now for just a week but already falling back into my good healthy habits. Hope you get back on track too!

Yes. I've had same. I stick with mint or peppermint for hot tea and have not had headaches from either. I'm pretty sensitive to different floral scents... Not sure if that's related but I've done a lot of tea trial and error.
