  • Oh yes I always look up the nutrition facts when I eat fast food. Always. And if I have a little snack I shouldn't, i always keep it in mind when I'm eating anything else that day. Trust me I know the nutrition facts and don't go overboard which is why I'm confused as to why I'm at this plateau and how to get over it!:(
  • Usually!! Not always. I just feel like I'm constantly eating i just can't imagine having to eat more. I've been upping my calories slowly for the past few months. I've gone from 1200-1325 and i haven't seen weight loss in almost a month. But honestly my diet isn't perfect. I live a little. So maybe that's why. But I take…
  • I can't really say what it was for sure, I've just used multiple online calculators that all say my BMR is about 1400 calories. I was about 50 lb overweight, and when I'm where I want to be I'll have lost about 35% of my body weight! So if I go back up to 1400, won't I gain weight?
  • yes I do! Sometimes I don't even eat 1300 a day.
  • I don't have loose skin at all. So it's just fat that won't go away? :(
  • I'm saying I have only been consuming 1200 calories a day. I just recently began exercising, but before I started exercising, I had been at 1200 since June and have lost 45 lb since. I did have weekends where I didn't watch what I ate, and for four weeks between December and January I didn't eat healthily either.
  • Thank you! I just got worried I was ruining my metabolism... But do you think once I've lost almost all the weight that I should bump up my calories? Idk.. I'm not quite sure how long of eating below your BMR is safe
  • No I'm never hungry unless I eat less than 1200 calories (never on purpose of course). Carbs scare me. Even though they probably shouldn't. Idk, I have always been a little thicker and I gain weight fairly easily. I have carbs set at 30 or 35%, protein at 30% and fat at 35%. And I really eat relatively healthy. I eat lean…
  • I have lost about 45 pounds! In December I got a little off track
  • Hmm I'm not sure why it says 23, I'm 20. I'm 4'11. I started at 175 (yikes, I know), now I'm about 133. I don't drink alcohol and I usually put EVERYTHING I eat into my food diary. Sometimes I don't make it to 1200 calories. Not trying to starve myself by any means but I really feel good about what I eat and not craving…
  • It set it at 50% carbs (which seems like too much if I'm trying to lose weight), 20% protein (which doesn't seem like enough), and 30% fat. I've done research elsewhere and I've seen student things, a lot say you need mostly protein and carbs should make up the smallest part of your diet. But 113g+ of protein for a 4 ft 11…
