Hi ladies! So I didn't make all of my goals this past week. One of my daughters came home with head lice (ugh) and because she shares a room with my other daughter it was passed to her. So I spent the last four days treating everyone in the house and washing all bed linens, hats, coats, furniture and anything else I could…

Great goals everyone! I was able to get most of my goals this week. I ended up having two rest days Friday and Saturday. Apparently, I'm not completely over this cold and it hit me hard on Friday. But I'm back at it today. Went out in the snow with the kids for a bit today and I'll be hitting up the treadmill tonight.…

sorry wrong place!

It was always something different. I would switch between the arms with cardio, abs with cardio, or legs and butt with cardio. I always picked the ones with cardio and the ones that were about 30min long. I couldn't always do the moves for the entire duration they tell you to, but I did what I could and it still worked for…

I worked out using fitness blender on youtube and lost 10lbs in 4 weeks! I also make sure I eat well. Thats the main thing that helps me. I've been walking outside the last few months and haven't lost a pound! I'm going back to the home workouts since that's what works for me.

I'm fitting into my pre-pregnancy clothes better than I was before I had my baby!! I have way more confidence and energy now. I used to make excuses and say I couldn't do simple chores because I was busy with the kids, but it was really just laziness. Now, I can get all my cooking/cleaning done for the day and spend time…

I use the fitnessblender workouts on YouTube. They're amazing and free!

Great job!

I'm with everyone else on this. I started out eating what I normally did but in smaller portions that would fit into my calorie goal. I knew I couldn't just switch to healthy just like that. Now, I've gradually changed and eat way healthier but I always give myself some treats because I know if I completely cut it out,…

I have kids and a great husband that supports me but they're not doing it with me. I found some great friends here on mfp. I love to see how many calories they burn and how their weight loss is going. I also have an account on Instagram (angie_momgettingfit) and I've found great motivation with other people getting fit…

I take my pics every month or so. I wish I had been more consistent with the dates but each picture is still about a month apart. That way, I can compare to the previous month and to the very first one I took. It's really amazing to see the difference and it's great motivation to keep going!

My goal is 130lbs and be more fit and active with my kids. I try not to focus only on the scale so I've been taking my measurements as well and I love seeing the numbers get smaller!

Hi there! I'm 5'3" and currently at 153lbs. Current goal is 130lbs and then reevaluate. I'd love some more friends!
-
That's awesome!

If I can get outside for a walk or jog, then thats what I do. I don't really have a gym where I live so its not really an option. I also do a lot of youtube workouts. I especially like fitnessblender. They have so many great videos and they structure it so that you can play your own music while you do the workout.
-
I definitely see a difference! Looking great!
-
Way to go! I'm at 154lbs right now and hoping to lose another 25 at least. Just taking it one pound and inch at a time!
-
I'd love more friends as well!

I'm not one of those women who have been able to lose weight while breastfeeding. I have been working hard at it for the last few months and now that my baby is 10 months, I've stopped adding my breastfeeding calories. I'm still losing so it must have been the right move.

For a 5'3" female a healthy bmi is at 140lbs. I would like to be at 130lbs, but I also want to feel like I look good so I'm not relying completely on my weight.
-
Wow! You look great! Way to go!

I just finished W5D1 and it felt so easy! I was pretty sure I could have run longer and I guess I'll know if I can on day 2!

Agree with all the people that said whenever you can fit it in. I do a 30min workout while my baby naps in the morning and then my 30 min c25k run in the evening after I put my baby down to sleep for the night.
-
As a mom of 3 kids under 5 with a husband who works 7 days a week, it can be hard for me to get a good run in. So, I love that I can put the kids to bed and hop on the treadmill. I'm currently doing the c25k. I know its not the same as being outside and I do take walks with the kids, but its not enough to get my heart rate…

I'd like to join!
