Swimming for me is the hardest because it's all technique, if you can get some coaching it's well worth it. Biking hurts to start with invest in padded shorts. Running start slowly follow the 10% rule

It's ridiculous how quickly you improve I started c25k on the second week of January yesterday I ran 12 miles in 123 minutes. Keep going but be aware it's addictive

If you are working out lots are you adding those calories into your tdee? The other suggestion is snack on low calorie things such as celery, carrot sticks or cucumber

At the minute I'm struggling to get enough calories, marathon training and lifting after losing weight for 6 months. After watching portion sizes for a while it's hard to suddenly go back to massive portions to get lots of calories instead it's better for me to have more calorific food

Perhaps try some yoga before hand I was getting aches when running any distance once I started 15 minutes of yoga three times a week it's all gone
