Even if the carbs have few calories - they will have the sugars that can throw things off. Make sure any carbs you eat are not table sugars that have nothing good for your body. Also - are you counting total carbs or net carbs?

I am down several sizes now, getting rid of the ones that fall off or are too bunched up to be comfortable with a belt. I won't start replacing much until I have nothing left in my closet to wear. Looking forward to shopping for a size with more than a couple choices of style.

I do crockpots of chicken. Last week it was buffalo chicken, this week cranberry bbq. I put them into 4 oz servings and freeze them. Then I can take out one serving a day, and it keeps my lunch cold.
