  • Actually it says it can help you overcome the genetics, not CHANGE them. It is a good sound diet, based on whole real foods in moderate amounts, and stressing eating LOW or NO saturated fats and sugars. It's worth a look but if you need to be told what to eat and when, it's not for you.
  • I think you may be confusing the Flat Belly Diet by Liz Vaccariello and Cynthia Sass, MPH, RD with the Zero Belly Diet by David Zinczenko. I am starting the Zero Belly Diet today. It is basically just whole real foods in a loosely structured program... no dairy to begin with.
