I just started doing C25K (week one) and I also walk about 3 miles a day, 5 days a week. I work out at home a half hour 5-6 days a week.

Hi! I've been doing good on my walking and workouts but the eating.. not so much! I am struggling to cut the white carbs as much as I need to.

I am 5"6 and my weight goal is 150. I chose 150 because I feel that is where I would comfortably be weight-wise. Once I reach that goal and I want to continue with more weight loss, then so be it. The only thing is, I do not want to get to be too small. Best wishes to you all! :smiley:
