Awesome job... your starting weight is approximately my current weight (my starting weight was 292), I am 5'8 and hoping to get to about 160... I hope i look as good as you do now when i get to my GW.

I weigh in once a week on mondays for my "official weigh in" (i.e. the one i log). I do check it a couple of times during the week usually on wednesday and friday...but i don't stress over those....

I understand that carbs are not bad, but i am eating primal (80%/20% ) and I am doing it for health reasons not just to lose weight (I have fibromyalgia and eating grains is not recommended)...

I was so horrid last week (It was TOM) and i mowed down an entire bag of milano cookies to my face! in one sitting... I did log it... and didn't end up over too much in cals for the day (carbs that day were horrid...but cals not too bad)

looking at your diary, it looks like you are over in sodium by a lot on a regular basis... maybe try lowering sodium intake?

how much under in cals are you a day... if you are significantly under in cals, eat more.

just an fyi, so you don't get flagged... if it is a VLCD (very low calorie diet) you likely will get reported as MFP doesn't allow promotions of those types of diets.

off topic a bit. but, Just noticed on your blog that you moved to Lugano.... I lived there when i was 15 for a year... (went to school there for a year)... and I LOVE LOVE LOVE Lugano!! :) Would love to go back there!

if i could afford a personal chef, as long as his plan was in line with mine, then i would be happy... it sounds like from what i have read above that it is fairly in line with what they want so i don't see why it would be a bad thing.

awesome!!! I was curious cause i am 5'8 as well and I started at 292... I am currently at 252 (down 40! since May 20th) my goal weight is your current weight lol (I am looking at getting to between 160-165) so i got a bunch more to go (about 92 pounds) to get to my bottom of my goal weight..)
