Top left 350 pounds bottom left 300ish pounds bottom right 286pounds 1 and year transformation. I do weight 306 but it was 20 pounds of muscle put on! Still getting smaller with the extra weight lol!

Finally someone who tracks body fat as well! I know you said female but almost could care less what the scale says all I care about is the pinch readings. Use to close to 50% body fat and now I have hit just over 25%

You wi hit a point where you body just says stop listen to it. I use to go 7 days a week lifting and cardio now I can really only do 3 days in a row then 1 day rest

Sitting through a wellness class for college you still take in the calories and it still goes towards what you have eaten. And you don't eat it your calories back if your are losing weight. Makes since to me. If you try and lose weight and you eat all the calories back wounding you just maintain? Correct me if I'm wrong!

Agreed turn that fat into muscle. It's not always what scale says but what the measure ments say. Since I quit cardio to an extent my body fat % has dropped crazy with heavy lifting and clean eating

Worst thing about belly fat your best best is to just eat clean. Ab work outs basically just condition your abs. It's my biggest down fall in the last two years. Cardio, ab workouts and clean eating will be the best for tummy fat
