Feet over the knees is a bit of myth have you ever watched weight lifters they can't do there movement right unless their knees go pass there toes http://www.biomechfit.com/2012/02/09/3-squatting-myths-that-refuse-to-die

You didn't lose a pound if you ate back your burnt calories cause you didn't eat at a caloric deflect which is why you maintained wait...

Like he said they are more a like than people think. It's about your mobility really I pull conventional due to I can't get in a very good sumo pull position you just have to play around and which works better for you if not both. Typically that pull sumo mainly pull about the same weight conventional and vise Versa. I how…

What are these machines you speak of? Free weights for the win!

I do my first meet in three months send me a friend request if you like. I've been trying powerlifting upwards of a year now

Use over hand grip as much as you can to build grip strength don't use straps unless the weight is literally to heavy for you to hold. And switch to over under when you can't pull a weight with double over hand.
-
Why would you do that? It's not like you finish a set and your body says oh stop burning calories there not benching deadlifting or squating....
-
Yes. It's all generic it's not going to know if your running and your heart rates up and it won't know if you lift weights and your heart rate is up. At least track your strength training
-
If you have one with a heart rate monitor it will track calorie burn better than just the pedometer. I had one with out a heart rate monitor and it basically was worthless to me

Lift when your ready
-
So go lift legs in other words
-
Use those extra calories for extra energy for a work out
-
Big threearegoi hit legs chest and lower back for the most part so most everything is going fall behind.

Do five by five on the big three and then do other things through. I do the west side barbell method right now but when I was doing 5x5 my training usually consisted of Sunday through Thursday straight and two days rest I also hot squats and dead lift on the same day I advise to stay away from that and split it up I got…

You can't target fat. Only muscles so your fat is going burn where ever it burns no way around it that's just how the body works sugars could be a problem tough if take into much
-
Love it! Haha but if you fry cns it takes 48 hours for that to recover. When I first started I'd go weeks at a time with out rest then a Friday would come up and I would finish class and as soon I touched my bed I passed out. Now I train with much more volume and intensity than before so I rest about 2-3 days a week so I…

I don't know if it's been said but planet fitness is a joke. Any gym that offers members pizza and has a hulk alarm is a gym to stay away from imo

I work at shoe department when someone comes in for running shoes we go straight an ascic or brook with an insole. Even if you spend 160 bucks on good running shoe the insole is still a joke

Your grip strength will never get stronger of you use wraps. Wraps are for weight you literally can't hold. Work your four arms that's where grip strength comes from!
-
If your looking to build size go heavy with a spot on negative reps. You wanna build some extra strength incoperate some chains pen presses or floor presses and your back is just as important if your going for strength
-
You may have coaches that know what they are doing and that's great. But be careful remember it's only a 48 hour class to be a train that's almost impossible to fail. I've seen the crossfitt trainers at a gym I use to go to and they where terrible teachers and trainers. Tonight terrible form. Also it's really not necessary…
-
How long is your rest? With 5x5 set you can allow your self extra time for rest and it's just as much mental as it is physical to push for the extra reps

Go to college

I get told I look great and done well (Positive of course) but I also look in the mirror a lot and it's troubling I know what I want and can be but that not me and pushes me harder
-
Go get a pinch test your scale is the worst way to get your body fat measured bod pods and water test are the most accurate way to do so but the pinch measure ment is the most convenient way to get a good accuracy

Sugar is sugar.... Personally I take into much sugar and I can see it on my body it's not carbs or anything like that due to the fact that im very carb conscious. My lower stomach fat comes from high sugars and I have asked plenty of trainers and watch plenty of documents about it from multiple trains and they all tell me…

30 minuets of cardio a day starting with 5 minuet walk 5 minuet jogg and progressed my running time as time went on. Heavy lifting upper body one day heavy lifting lower body the next. Then on to light weight upper the next and lower weight legs the next day. Only took a rest about every 2 weeks or when my body wouldn't…

I had to post again just for the simple fact that I weight about the same in both theses pictures around 300 but what a difference it is when your body fat is 25% compare to 35% or higher

Thenonlynanswernisnthey put the work in at the gym but don't put the work in where it really matters and that's the kitchen

Your second seem more like a drop set than a super set.
