Chest Blast Help

Need help trying to bulk chest. So many websites with advice all over the place. Anyone have an effective program?

    If your looking to build size go heavy with a spot on negative reps. You wanna build some extra strength incoperate some chains pen presses or floor presses and your back is just as important if your going for strength

    On another thread you said you're eating 1200 calories a day. You will not add bulk on that. It requires a calorie surpluss. The best you can do is retain muscle and add some strength.
