  • Eat more fruits and veggies and get lots of water, you have to eat tons of the good so you won't fall back into bad habits, you train your body to make fat when you don't give it enough too it will store it for the next time you don't eat enough. it can become a vicious cycle.

  • I love vegan eating it has made everything better, my body, my mind, my kitchen I find it exposes me to new foods so I may be missing out on a hamburger (which only made me feel like crap) but now I can learn how to make them from veggies or eat mushrooms which I love, I'm gaining way more then I'm losing! which I love!…
