I grew up with a doctor my whole life who specialized in helping people loose weight. Either way think what you want. Everyone's body is different so loosing weight could be easy for one person and very difficult for the other

Have you been exercising and burning the amount of calories that equal to or more than your current weight? Also if you aren't eating enough protein that can make it to where you won't reach goals.
