  • I'm a network engineer so I feel your sedentary pain. :-) Need one of those treadmill desks, but I'm on the phone a lot and I think it would be strange to be huffing and puffing while talking to customers. :-) -Fellow uber-geek :-)
  • I'm not a woman, but I have lost 136lbs, so I know what you're feeling. The best thing I can say is don't try and lose 100 lbs. Try to lose 1 pound. Then do it again a couple more times.
