  • You can look into your breakdown of protein, carbs per meal throughout the day. You can also tweak your ratio, as far as protein, carbs, fat, along with fiber, water, sodium, etc. Good luck.

  • I don't "try" to eat 4700 calories in a single day but I can easily eat 4700 calories in one meal, by eating at a buffet, an entire pizza with toppings, a family meal at some fast food place by myself, etc.
