  • I just turned 60 and am having some of the same issues as you all. Losing muscle and keeping the flab away. I still have 5-7 pounds to get to where I want to be and it is so much slower than before. But protein and activity give me the best results. Nice to meet you all.
  • I space mine out over 3 small to moderate meals and 2 snacks. So I generally eat something every two hours. I always have carrots and cucumbers with me so I can have them if the 2 hours is tough.
