Yes! I do this too. I would add that I like to chart my fluctuations on a separate app (simple weight tracker) so I can graph daily.

Totally agree. Start slow if you are new to this. Eating at maintenance for a few days while getting used to logging. You can do it!

Keep in mind that you should keep exercising at your prepregnancy level throughout your pregnancy. Keep moving and the weight gain will be more gradual and your body will bounce back faster after.

I agree, I drink a protein shake most days. I blend mine with frozen fruit and water or milk. Easy, tasty.

Welcome to mfp! The best advice I have gotten is to schedule your workouts. If possible try for the same time each day. Knowing when I am working out helps me prioritize it and get it done. And log EVERYTHING you eat.
