  • Hello, Everyone. I'm in my third week of New Directions. I've lost 9 lbs. and feel great! I cheated this past weekend at a birthday celebration - don't know why, other than the social aspect. I wasn't hungry or craving for anything. I'm on the VLC plan of 4 shakes a day plus 64 oz. of water. My goal is 100 lbs. by January.…
