I agree with this. I put myself as completely unactive, but then I add in the walking I do from class to class and to my car because it changes every day.

This is what happened to me yesterday. My goal is 1,350 calories a day, but I worked out too yesterday so my goal was higher. Lol! I was watching it with my fiance last night and when we found out, his mouth dropped and he kept repeating "I can't believe it". It was hilarious. I kind of thought something like that was going to happen. And it was definately predictable in the scene right before you find out. It was awesome though! =)

I worked for 20 minutes on the elliptical yesterday, and it's the first workout I have done in like a month, and I gained weight this morning. I was worried, and I'm really glad you posted this. Thanks! Lol.
