@ozdeelite As someone with a sugar addiction as well, I can say fruit is your friend. Try eating more of it. Apples help fill you up, Strawberries are good too. Whatever fruit you like. You can even try Greek yogurt with fruit in it, as a snack, breakfast, or even as a dessert. If you like chocolate which I think everyโฆ

@jeanniewes I completely understand. I'm a big animal lover and yes, they are definitely family. It's never easy whether you see it coming or not, you are never truly prepared for the loss. My cat Chloe, I could tell she was on her way out. She was 13 at the time ( our family cats usually only lived to 13/14 ) and I hadโฆ

Just a little update: I walked by myself today listening to my jams which helps me tune out the world around me and helps me walk faster. My quickest speed used to be 23 mph on map my walk app but today I surprised myself and actually got down to 21mph. I had a lady stop me at the park and tell me I was walking fast. Lol.โฆ

@jeanniewes Sorry for your loss, it's never easy to lose pets. Sounds like he/she lived a long life. My dad has a poodle/Jack Russell mix and she is 13, almost 14 if she makes it to October. She is diabetic and blind and has lived longer than any of us have thought with her diabetes. She is old, annoying but she keeps onโฆ

I wasn't sure if it was possible to lose the water weight gained from Sunday's eating but I worked my butt off doing intense workout videos every night, watched my food intake, and drank lots of water to flush out all the salt in my system, and it worked! Not only did I lose the 3.6lbs gained, but I lost an additional 4oz.โฆ

I have been feeling like crap lately, mentally. My family had a family event ( my sister's son's christening ) a few days ago. I didn't want to eat badly but I didn't have a choice as we were to head to my sister's place right after the event where food was served for lunch. They had cake too, one of my weaknesses ( sweetsโฆ

@200Karen How does everyone track their movement? Really? You track non-workout steps? I always wonder how people could walk 10,000 steps a day with just exercise alone but maybe every one is combining daily steps from regular activity mixed with their actual workout steps to make the total steps in here??? I donโtโฆ

Thanks, everyone. I try. Haha, very true. I had an experience like this in high school. I lost 80/85lbs at the time ( which unfortunately I later gained back and then some ) and I was in denial of my weight loss saying to myself I was going to wait until I lost all the weight before buying new clothes.
