Wow, this post has really grown. Nice to see so many new members showing up and kicking butt. I've been struggling. I got down to the 270's and then went back up to the 280's where i'm currently stuck due to bad eating habits. Hopefully I can overcome this hurdle soon and get back on track.

My Fitbit has been acting up lately. I've been trying to do between 5 to 10 miles. I usually do 5 to 7 miles, but sometimes I hit 10, and then I'm sore and achy and walk like a cripple for the rest of the day. lol. Hope everyone is doing well and crushing their step/miles goals. I think what I'll do is probably keep track…

Maybe if I stop eating. Lol. I've been eating badly lately and haven't worked out for a few days due to an old knee injury acting up. I need to get back into the exercise habit and try to eat better and less. I'm hoping my knee heals and I don't need to go to the doctor, but I don't know, it's been a week and still hurts…
