Make sure you stay within the limit if possible and are drinking enough water to flush it out of your system. @200Karen my feet are ok but sometimes my bad knee acts up. I have a baker cyst in the back of my knee cap and I have bone on bone rubbing which sometimes makes my knee ache and lock it in place which makes it difficult to walk until the soreness/stiffness passes.
