  • The MyFitnessPal blog has a lot of high-protein recipes that don't include meat. Bean chili, Butternut Squash lasagna, lentil soup. So tasty! Also, try finding vegetarian IFFYM recipes. They are high in protein and healthy fats. Not so low in carbs, but the carbs they do have are complex and good for you.
  • I used to log boot camp as "Calisthenics"... but I stopped tracking it. Too often, I ate all the calories I burned and I wasn't losing weight.
