24/04/16 DNR Bristol 10 k is looming very close and I have barely run a step since I bought the new bike, so I had to force myself to go for a run instead :-(

I'm in! We are heading into regatta season, so I will probably manage about 150 km a week

Erg data will connect via Bluetooth to a PM5 monitor, will connect with some HRM and will auto sync with your Concept2 logbook, but I don't know of anything that will also sync with MFP

I second the buff. I find I need time to get my lungs warmed up, so start with a few minutes of walking, then a slow run, then if the lungs are still feeling ok, up the pace gradually over the first couple of km

Yep, think I am going to spend a bit of time at LBS adding/changing bits and pieces over the next few months. They have been giving me 10% discount on any extras I buy, and provide coffee and biscuits if it looks like the bike will be in the workshop for more than 10 mins. There is no shortage of mud around at the moment…

:) My first time riding something other than a hardtail (well, since I was about 8 years old). Its going to make my new commute much quicker. Yours has nicer pedals than mine
