Yes, it's probably water retention. Your muscles hold water when they are recovering. Especially if they are new work-outs. I step on the scale every morning and usually am heavier the day after a work out!

Depends. I have a charge and find it really usefull and motivating. If I'm pnly at 6000 steps afer dinner I'll go for a walk. Why would I want to? I drink mine black, no calories and healthy for you. I only drink water, green or herbal tea, black coffee and alcohol. I'd have to replace it with cocktails to get me through the day! That won't do me much good :)
