I think I just said that I'm 22 when applying for the group, but I turned 23 a few weeks ago... still hasn't sunk in, I thought I'd be 18 forever. - I was on a girls weekend last weekend and it involved tond of junk food and booze (which I planned for). I was afraid I was going to fall of the wagon, but monday rolls around and I went right back to my habits/plan from before. - I am totally nailing my macros today! (Protein is usually low) :)

I'm a little shorter than you at 5'7" and currently 160 lbs. I almost gave up on this whole thing because I was so damn hungry all the time (at 1500 cals). It really depends on you! I started 4 weeks ago, filled out my stats and MFP gave me around 1500 cals (lightly active, lose 0.5 kg a week). I started an 8 week bikini challenge (just completed week 3) with 6 friends. They all quit within the first week. I realised I don't need them to motivate me because the way I feel and the tiny results I am seeing, are enough motivation for me to keep going! :)
