I used to eat 5 or 6 meals a day. I now eat 3 meals with a snack if I feel like it. Overall, I don't see any difference besides the fact it is easier to pack meals for school or work. Do what works for you.

I agree with a body like that at her age this woman must know something. She had that body prior to the white house. But it looks like a tasty remake.

I honestly don't see what the big deal is. You either choose to eat s'more the old fashion way or try the remake presented here. No one is forcing anyone to do anything.

I can understand this my solution is a good sports bra. I put a sports bra over a regular bra to keep them in place. This stop the possible suffocation during downward dog. o:) hope this helps.

Take your time. Log everything into the app and be patient. Remember to exercise and eat more whole plant based foods like oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, rice, seeds, nuts, and legumes. Drink plenty of water and have fun. Good luck :)

I agree with this statement. In general, you want to increase the amount of whole plant based foods you are consuming such as oatmeal, vegetables, potatoes, fruit, rice, quinoa, nuts, seeds, etc. Decrease the amount of processed foods you are consuming due to the amount of preservatives and sodium. Drink plenty of water.…

I'm just going to focus on what I can see and feel instead of the scale. As I mentioned I know in the grand scheme of things the number isn't important but I was worried because the doctor wants to see a decrease in the number. So the scale is being put away for now.

I can see what you are saying. But my doctor says I'm 30 lbs overweight so that number while I b the grand scheme of things may not be important is important to my doctor so I kinda have to worry about it. Thanks for the info.

I completely understand. I finally have gotten to a point where I am tired of stopping so I plan to push through until my goal is reached.

It depends lately it has been oatmeal with soy or almond milk with chopped nuts and fruit (banana, strawberry, blueberry, mango). Also cinnamon and nutmeg spices.

I have tried raw till 4. I think it's cool my only issue was the feeling of weakness even though I had an abundance of energy. For me it's more like 65/10/25 carbs/protein/fats. I still have fruits but i have added in more seeds, nuts, rice, quinoa, and oatmeal into my diet. I'm not using any oil to cook it is either water…
