You look healthy and that's the most important thing. Sometimes I get down and out when I compare myself to others around my same size but I have to keep reminding myself that I feel good overall and look healthy now whereas there was a time I didn't.

Pretend your drinking it though the straw and when she leaves toss it. One time, a coworker brought me 2 slices of pizza to me at my desk and when he left...... I put the pizza in my desk and threw the plate away to make it look like I gobbled it up. Stay strong!

I really like low carb supreme protein bar. There pretty low in sugar and taste like a candy bar. There larger in size compared to most as well. 30 grams of protein so very satisfying.

Dark chocolate covered strawberries by dole.... they are 60 cals per pack and very satisfying.
