I eat whatever I want to everyday obviously most of the "good" stuff but If I want Ice Cream and it's still within my allowance then I'll eat it.

3 times a week I Run in the morning and then do resistance in the evening.

During my best weight loss episode I was regularly eating a wholewheat bagel with peanut butter and drinking a protein shake after an evening workout.

Hm, well In a sense I am following a diet, a diet of good wholesome foods. I've been eating moderately well for a while now. I don't restrict myself, I'm just trying to build and maintain good habits. Hey I'm losing weight too which is a bonus!

I have the ability to binge eat on crap foods almost every day. It's hard to control but at university I went "cold turkey" for 4 weeks with no problem. Then I get to my mum's house for summer and I'm back to stuffing my face like a pig at a trough.
