It's hard not to feel guilty after eating white rice and meat but I was starving lol

I just ate a small bowl of white rice? Should I drink a lot of water or go for a run to sweat it off? I'm still under my calories for the day as well.

So as long as I'm under my calories for the day, regardless of what I eat or what time I eat it, I won't gain any weight right? But i wasn't going over by TOO much, it wasn't anything too crazy to be honest. I went over my MFP calories of 1600 but i'm not sure if i went over my maintenance calories.

So mfp has me at 1680 a day, if I go over a couple of hundred a day. I'll gain weight right?

Thanks so much everyone, I was so upset when I saw the scale go up almost 5 pounds in just two weeks of eating off my diet. But I wasn't extremely off my calories, I'm anxious to get back on track tomorrow

Thanks for all your advice everyone, I'll just eat as I normally do today and stay under my calories. I went to the gym today, ran for 15 minutes and biked for 15 minutes but that's about it. I'll drink a lot of water and won't overeat, Thank You everyone!
