Can I ask what makes you think it’s Costochrondrits? Have you had it yourself?

I just took my blood pressure and it is 120/73

Thanks for the comment, The only reason i am really thinking it is a muscle pull is because i can feel the pain under each pec when i touch it but there is no pain otherwise. There is shortness of breath, yes but it seems to come and go. Also, I've never had this kind of shortness of breath feeling until after i did the…

Thank You so much!! This really helped me, yes last time things improved as the days past and after a week it was gone. This second time around feels similar so I’m working on some chear exercises to maybe loosen it up a little. Thank You very much, you were a great help!

Thanks Everyone!

So these are the measurements, I’m definitely getting a lot less sun these days lol

So I spoke to two doctors over the phone about this and both have attributed it to Anxiety, mainly due to the fact that there’s no pain, no sharpness and seems to only happen at night. It’s tricky as they could not physically see me due to what’s happening right now so I explained my symptoms as best as I could over the…

I do! @jsanchezzz Brown coat in profile pic lol

Thank You, hoping this gets better soon! Sorry to disturb so much!

Yeah I literally haven’t done a push up in 2 years, I’m overweight and suddenly did 10 hard push ups with my daughter on my back. No stretch whatsoever, I’m assuming this HAS to be related to my shortness of breath, all to relative especially when I press on it, feels like a bruise. You’re a tremendous help by the way,…

Did this help with your shortness of breath?

I’m going to check this out! Thanks so much man

Thanks man, it’s just tricky to go to the walk in right now with all that’s going on out there. So I’m trying to see how I can fix this at home through deep breathing and what not. I definitely focus more on it at night because I’m less busy and it’s really all I think about, which really makes me think it’s anxiety.
-
Thank You, I’m just so nervous to go to the doctors right now because of what’s going on. The fact that I only feel this 95% of the time at night makes me wonder why that is and why I only deeply feel it when i think about it. There’s no pain or tightness, just shortness at night.

I haven’t done a push up in almost 2 years and someone challenged me to do 10 with my Daughter on my back and I did it. The next day I had shortness of breath. Mixed with anxiety and everything else. I’m wondering though, why do I only feel the extreme shortness at night? Thanks for your relly btw !

I’ll give more information, the night after the pushups I was deep asleep and the fire alarm went off in my condo and I shot up, panicking and freaked out and that’s when the shortness of breath started, combined with the pushups the day before, and everything that’s going on right now, I do feel like it’s anxiety. Mainly…

This is perfect thank you so much!!

Thanks so much for this information, very helpful and makes so much sense. When you say “it’s going to end” are you referring to this rapid water weight loss? What do I do once it ends? I mean, yes I’ll continue to eat within my calories but will u continue to lose weight? Just not as fast? Thanks again! I’m loving the…

This is an awesome explanation thank you so much! I went over my calories maybe 3 or 4 times but never by much. I usually load up on water the day after and get right back on track. Started the first of July at 231 and am now at 222.4! Thank You!
-
So how did you get past the plateau?
-
Thanks for your input everyone! I'll continue on track. I appreciate the assistance! Have a great day,
-
Thanks everyone! I think the biggest challenge for me are the first couple of weeks, sticking to it and not falling off. But You all offered some great advice on how to turn it into more of a lifestyle than a diet. I'm going to ensure to eat within my calories, workout 4-5 times a week and avoid any junk i don't need. I…

Water and Chlorophyll are pointless? How would those things actually hold me back?
-
Thank You! I'll be drinking at least 4L a day, I'm sure it will make me feel somewhat better, and lighter lol. I'm just sluggish and tired these days and i hate the feeling. I'm at my heaviest i've ever been.
-
Thanks everyone, I eat within my calories every day and have no incorporated cardio and weight training to hopefully help in my weight loss.
-
Goals are to lose weight, look slimmer and more trim. I currently weight 219, looking to get to around 195.
-
Thanks everyone for your help! I will do my best to drink a lot of water and get back on track! Thank You so much

Can I ask why it took 2 weeks to get back to where you were? Didn't you only see a couple of days of water weight afterwards?
