Can i ask how you got the number of 1.7 pounds? Honestly i hate to sound like a rookie, i'm just new at this, doing really well on my diet but paranoid about the past two days.

MFP calculated me at eating 1680 per day, losing the max of 1-2 pounds per week. I have a important function on Saturday and Sunday and i want to make sure i lose as much water weight as possible those days. So if i ate REALLY bad today, what should i do tomorrow? lots of cardio? lots of water? less food? Please help lol

so when you say maintenance number, you mean the number the MFP automatically calculates for you based on the information you log in? I'm 30, 5'10 and 205lbs and it calculated me at 1680 calories a day.

So just to be clear, I didn't gain any actual weight from going over by 350+ calories in ONE DAY did I? I've been really doing well with this diet and this is the first time I went over in 6 weeks!

Yes I am surprised the calories goal went UP after I lost 9 pounds, I assumed it would go down so I changed it back to what it Intially was.

Thanks Everyone! I really am grateful for all the comments and help. It's helping me on my journey on losing weight. It's been 2 weeks, diet has completely changed and I definitely lost a few pounds. Chlorophyll is doing wonders!
