Yeah like everyone said, there's no way you can lose fat from just one area. Just do lots of cardio and go on a calorie deficit like Ardita said. Also I would recommend strength training as well. It gives you muscles and helps burn fat!

Do your hipbones protrude out naturally or is it mostly just fat in that area? If it's mostly fat, it could be because you just tend to gain fat on your hips
