I wouldn't do a full maintenance month. I think id just decrease my deficit a little. I feel like i would want a cushion cause weddings can be diet kills between pre_wedding festivities. Or if i got bloated for one reason or another the extra lb could help me not feel so icky.

I'm 5'1". I started out at 187 and now I'm down to 149lbs. I've lost 38lbs since January 2014. I'd like to lose another 20lbs by September. 25lbs would be freaking fantastic if I really hit hard at the gym and buckle down on my eating. Any other shorties on here can add me! Send me a FR!

So no, the government shouldn't "ban" food choices. But how much of a ban is this, its still readily available for anyone who wants to get it for their kid. They just have to specifically ask for it after they are given the "more preferable" options first. I don't see how that is much different than a lot of other things…

Truffle salt. If you like truffles, its ah-mazing! I honestly just spray a little cooking spray on the popcorn when its all done popping if its really dry. I can't taste it, it doesn't have as many calories as butter if you don't douse it, and it makes the salt stick. Or if I want something sweet I do the same thing but…

If your only goal is to lose weight, like the last poster said, eating a calorie deficit is all you need to worry about. Everything in moderation, weigh your food and log accurately, etc. Nutrition is a different story and you are correct, there are a million opinions out there. Paleo, Vegan, "Clean Eating", Low Fat,…
