Ten pounds a month is about 2.5 pounds a week so it isn't too crazy, especially considering your current weight. So I think it's possible, yeah. Just do it as healthy as possible.

Sure, if you want. I've lost about 20 lbs give or take (I'll be getting a new scale soon so I can be for sure on it, I'm going by an estimate since my last weigh-in) in the past year and in the past two weeks I've finally started to hit the gym so I'll definitely be getting more results soon. So yeah, I have roughly 40…

Oh boy do I know that feel. So when I was seventeen I decided "hey, I'm kinda overweight here and need to start losing." I was 196 lbs. Moreover, further inspiration, was looking at a picture I took of myself getting ready for cosplay where I realized just how large and round my face was. I couldn't blame it on the angle…

I'm gonna try doing this too~

Also I left my dad's house for my mom's; his household almost always opted for fast food while at my mom's it's home…

I actually do this too. Wear the same clothes for about three days. Cause if mom had to wash two sets of clothes, my work-out clothes and my actual clothes, on top of a pair of pajamas (which I also wear for about three days before putting them in the dirty clothes; but I feel that's less gross) I think she'd kill me.…

Cut it completely for a while and then after a while of being "clean", so to speak, you can have it again in moderation. At least, that's what I did with soda. I noticed today out of the blue for whatever reason how about a year ago, when I made the choice to cut the soda, that I no longer crave it and that when I do drink…
