29 5' 4" SW 145 CW 142 GW 130 I am a mom and looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have had healthy eating and exercise habits for a while, but have gained some weight in spite of it recently. I'm happy with my figure but would love to get back down to my normal weight and stay in shape.
