  • I've been doing the insanity workout for two months now & the daily burn cardio sculpt workout. I also go the gym everyday, plus I ride bike. I go up & down 8 flights of stairs for 30 minutes everyday and so far so good.. I was 246 pounds, and I already lost 30 pounds.. I'm so happy to try this out too, so let's do this…
