  • I think 118-123 is the range I would like to maintain for the long term. I'm not particularly overweight, but I feel every single pound over 123 when it happens and it, well, it weighs on me!
  • Nice to see people trashing each others' advice when either one would likely be helpful to someone... In any event, I try to power through a "bad food" craving, eat as few carbs as possible that day and up the protein. The craving is usually gone the next day.
