My kid likes turkey and cucumber sandwiches, grilled chicken in a wrap, homemade chicken noodle soup or yogurt and granola. Few raw vegetables or whole grain crackers. Lots of ideas on Pinterest.

Where did everyone go? I am a serial WW and MFP offender. Think MFP is too nice and ignores me after I ignore it too long. It needs to get pushier. Any suggestions on how to make it less passive? Hate to go back to WW and start paying again but it has worked two times before.

I usually use a fat free dressing, what dressing is calorie free? Adding protein makes it so I'm not hungry an hour later. Lean protein only.

Thanks for putting me to the test. No scale but I measured a very similar salad today, just the veggies since I always to protein and dressing separately. I was only 30 calories shy! Would rather track a number then not at all and sometimes you just have to guess but now I know and have a set lunch.

Try changing up your exercise activity. Lots of good fitness blender videos and toning that can be done at home.

Once had a similar issue and it was a bad digital scale . Try weighing a sack of flour a few times.

Early mornings when it is dark is hard but having a buddy or friend waiting on you makes it easier. Neither one wants to bail on the other. Early mornings don't give you energy just the satisfaction that the thing you procrastinate most is done! The rest of the day seems so much easier. You came first.
