My goal is 2lbs a week, though I know that's tough doing the math of base metabolic rate but I want to try! I know I just don't have the muscle I once did either. I've cut out soda and fast food but sweets are my weak spot :/ What are your goals?

Sounds great! Maybe every Monday or whatever day we could share how we did during the week? I know if I have to write it doen, I'll do better :)
