I just finished with it. Lost 8 lbs I didn't measure my body so I don't know about itches. Starting round 2 on Monday if you want to add me feel free :)

If your into rap I like lecrae, Andy mineo, kb when I work out I'm more into rap. I can't stand rap now and days so that's why I choose Christian rap. They actually tell a story or more positive then what I hear on radio that's awful.

Hello everyone- great group and awesome posts and helpful recipes. I'm on day 3 today and this is my first time. My main thing is staying committed to the diet portion because I have no ideas what to cook for a family of four. So glad I found this board and to see recipe help.

How do you like the 21 day fix program? I'm just about to start week 2 tomorrow. Week one and two seem to be easier and getting your body ready. So not to crazy of moves yet :)

If I may ask why does it want you to get 10000 steps what does that mean? It seems like a lot and I see everyone saying 10000. Is that just a goal you should get to? Just wondering.

I'll see how I feel next week but as of right now even the first 2 DVDs I'm doing I feel some are hard so that's a good idea to keep at it until ready. I can't even do the full set of push ups on knees or the lunges. I'm just way out of shape as well. Best of luck everyone

Thank you. I just hope I can stick to it. I had my second child in March and was glad this program is only 30 minutes. Did you follow Jillian diet plan or just tracked what you ate on here?

Have had this app before but have it again and this time serious of losing weight. 27 year old just had my second child and I'd like to lose 50+ lbs. would love friends and support. Thank you all and good luck to everyone and their personal goals ;)
