Hi everyone thanks for all your tips. Unfortunately the hotel chain doesn't have fridges/toasters/microwaves but its a great idea to use grocery shops. Sometimes we're with clients for dinner, but for nights I'm not I will definitely make that transition!

Hi All, Thanks for the feedback :) much appreciated. I will continue the distance and, whilst we don't have hills round us as it's very flat I will see where I can go to try this out on weekends.

Thanks, when you say shorter faster runs. Would you run for example 20 minutes at fast speed, or 20 minutes fast with recovery time in?

I make mine- freeze bananas in slices and then blizz them wit frozen berries, vanilla essence and a tablespoon of soy milk :)

Try substituting it with dried or medjool dates as they're quite sugary but natural sugar. That way you still feel like getting a treat

I could only run for about 15 seconds then started using the C25K app by zenlabs. You start off with 30 seconds light jogging then 1 1/2 minutes walking and repeat this x amount of times.
