Hello :) Crossfitter here too. Try to get to the box 4-6 times a week. That's the easy part, working on the nutrition side of things, which is why i'm here :D

On the same track as you. It's so hard! I'm a massive binge drinker and at 40, I think its time to grow up. It's messing with the hard work I put in at Crossfit. Will add you as a friend if you like and we can be accountable :)

Ours go up to 55kilos I think. Although the 35 Kilo is a struggle B)

I'm definitely interested in this. We do a lot of dumbbell work - i love dumbbells personally. And you are right about varied workouts across different boxes. Where my brother coaches, they do a lot of dead ball work. We hardly ever get the dead balls out.
