I am married to a trucker over the past 2 years he has transitioned to more regional/ out and back so he is home frequently throughout the week. I do 12 hour shifts and work 7p-7a. I love nights and my co workers but it sure does mess with the eating and exercise. I have been trying to bring my food with me to work and have finally convinced everyone that I am not going to join in the pizza and 2am McDonalds runs. I have a fitbit and do try for my 10000 steps but…

Jumping in (does that count as exercise!?) I would like to lose about 100 more pounds.
