I did WW for years. I quit when they tried to get too "trendy" and I could not care less about what celebrity is using WW. I lost 28 pounds on WW. I would like to run 48 miles in September. I would also like to speed my pace up. I am currently running a 10:15 mile. Right now I only run on a treadmill due to my schedule. I am hoping to run a 5K Turkey Trot this year.

Thanks for all the replies. I have an appt. with a dermatolgist. It is just odd how whatever this is flares when I work out. Wanted to check to see if anyone else experiences something similar.
