Was a little discouraged when I weighed today and had not lost anything. I thought I had done so well with eating well , drinking the water and all the walking. I do have a pair of pants on that were tight to where I was constantly pulling them up but that is not the case today so I am taking that as a positive and trying…

Well I did the 5 k yesterday , my goal for this week is to walk 1.5 miles each day, I did it tonight when I want to quit I keep pushing

Day 8 on here I am getting ready to do a 5 k with my 10 yr old granddaughter I hope I can make it the whole way thank the lord we had a major cool down in the 70s that will help a lot , I can do this :)

Ok I made it almost thru day 6 and a Saturday. I was really concerned about having free time and eating bad, but I did a lot of walking at stores and outside yea, over 6000 steps so far and none of my nutrition things are over .

Wow nice to see I am not alone . I am 53 need to lose about 190 . I have been using fitness pal for 5 days and have walked each day and have lost 5 lbs so far. I would love to have others who understand how do I join first time on here?
