I have made sure I drink at least 8 cups of water a day, make sure I log everything I put in my mouth, have made better meal choices

Hi everyone, my goals are 1. Lose 15 lbs by 4th of July 2. Pack my lunches for work 3. Exercise at least 3 times a week 4. Log my food everyday
