Also forgot to mentioned.. when u think of dieting.. think green veggies. They will be the best.. fruit is good yes.. but not everyone is equal, and some people will gain weight easy with fruit

Ok.. all I gotta say is that weight loss is 70 % accomplished from food.. 30% of the weight loss is from exercise,.. you might be focusing too much on exercise and that's why you gain weight.. all u have to do is eat protein and veggies.. that's is.. choose carbs like zucchini or broccoli.. eat salad , tomatoes, etc,, lots…

OK I understand because I have back problems too . Best exercises with messed up back are pilates because u work your abs a lot and u lay on the floor to do most exercises . But the key to get better is to work your core , so even if u cannot do many exercises just work on your abs and u will get better and ready to do…
